Here is what you will receive by participating in the current HFD challenge....I have been sick and didn't have a chance to get involved with this one, but the others will have the required pieces for you to download to complete the challenge....Details are at the forum....thanks and have fun! So many have been asking for an update on my health...well it hasnt been too well lately....I have bloated so bad that in the last week I have gained 30 pounds....I feel uncomfotable, can't sleep, don't feel like eating, and they are cutting my fluids down to almost nothing....I have had many, many tests done and they haven't found anything out of the ordinary...the only conclusion they have right now, is my kidneys have completely shut down....which is not good for me...I am probably the 90,000th person on the donor list, so who knows....I feel a little better today, but no weight loss....they are trying to take pounds off through Dialysis, but it makes me crampy and lightheaded....and I gain it back quickly....But I will keep you all posted on the progress, if any...
